A quick trip

Here I am in front of the Manhatten LDS Temple, it was very beautiful -

Outside Central Park -

Our hotel was across the street from Carnegie Hall

Wonderful down-town New York

The USS Intrepid

Curt - being a veteran, got in free. They had restored this air craft carrier since the last time we had visited and we wanted to come back to see -

The Concord Jet - always wanted to fly on this, but never did!

The dentist's chair the sailors had to use while on the Intrepid -

Of all the places to be seated at the Carnegie Deli - when I turned around, who's picture was right there but Uncle Orrin's, before he became a flaming liberal!

Busy building site at the World Trade Center Site-

On the boardwalk - Coney Island

A visit to the Guggenheim

Armani store on famous 5th Avenue - where we bought Curt a new suit (NOT!)

The gardens at Trump Towers (where the Apprentices' live) - they never show the trees and I thought they were really neat. I wonder how big they'll let these trees grow before the roots break through ceilings, walls, etc. or just simply blow over and break all the windows!

On to PHILLY!

Sounds like a great trip! I love the term "grazing" our way through New York". While you were doing that I was getting a "taste" of the construction business.
