Dolphin Delight!!!

"HOLA" from Mexico --

We had our first shore day today (88 degree's here!) and the long awaited Dolphin encounter. Papa and the girls had a great time and I think we got a few great pictures - just wanted to share (how about those smiles?)

Get a load of this huge smack-er-ROOOOO!

Through the eyes of a child -

While looking through my pictures getting ready to post about Mexico --- I discovered some pictures taken by a young, budding photographer (who asked to borrow my camera at our family Christmas party). Actually, I was pretty impressed with the candids and chuckled a time or two while flipping through them, hadn't thought much about being 3' tall, taking pictures of "big" people -take a look at these

And finally - a perfect self portrait! Keep it up Berlynn, you're doing great -

Cancun 2010 (in a nutshell)

So the long awaited Cancun trip (Roofer's Supply Incentive Trip) which was cancelled last April, was rescheduled for January 9 - 13 of this year. So ----- Saturday morning (early) we left and arrived in Cancun, which happened to also be experiencing their own "out of the ordinary cold spell". We arrived in a down pour and quickly realized we hadn't planned appropriately for cool, wet weather! We stayed at the Cancun Palace and, LUCKY for us, each room came with a double jetted hot tub (which got plenty of use) -
With the almost record weather it was not unusal to see that what people were out were wrapped up in towels or coats, like these guys -
Here are some pictures of the pool area - nobody but the birds are hanging out Nope, nobody -
Not one single soul (this is about 2:00 P.M.)
Doesn't it look lonely???
So when it's too cold to lay by the pool sipping soda's and reading your book or napping, what do you do? You head for the malls of course - to go shopping. There were still plenty of Christmas decorations up and festive music was playing --- Steven - this is JUST for you. We were browsing in a watch store and I found this. I did a double take and wished I had a couple of hundred dollars to spend on your birthday because, even though you don't ride or even "want" a race bike again, I'm sure you'd be happy to sport one of these babies on your wrist, you know to remind you of your "first????"
Cool hu? Google it!
We did have one good weather day, thankfully the day we spent in Xcaret was decent and we did have a good time.

Then, almost as soon as it started - it was all over and we found ourselves back home here, in Utah, and we're still cold!

Christmas Mish-Mash (Huge Long Post)!

I totally slacked off posting during the holidays, so now you have to endure one big - long post. Oh well. Our holiday's started off with Annie's pre-school performance (her video is at the very end of this super long post, but it's pretty darn cute if I say so myself) which she did a great job singing and doing all the actions -
Cate enjoying the program -
Cate NOT enjoying the program -
Next, on to Berlynn's gymnastic program. I really think she's going to be a professional - she definately is OUR winner - way to go Berlynn, we are proud of you!
This is what Ez loved most of all at Berlynn's performance!
Next - a night at the Zoo to see the lights, it's really pretty good - it's just SO COLD! We had a good time anyway, and ended up at the PIE!!!! YUMMY -

WHAT is this doing here - I suppose you're wondering. Well, amid all of the Christmas hustle and bustle I had to study for, and take my Notary test. Very stressful - however, I passed, so I can continue to perform my Notary services for the next 4 years, if you need it -

Next, we had our own little Family Christmas party where Curt cooked us a delicious Prime Rib Roast, and we played "Tommy Wright" - well sort of!

Oh the excitement and anticipation of the Moosman Family Christmas Eve Party! Lots of family, food, JINGO and LOVE! Thank's Dad & Mom, it's always the best - (Karen, I think Peter should have been to your "ugly sweather" party)

Christmas Day brought another day of food, gifts, fun and being together, just what the holiday's are for -

To finish up - yet another holiday get-together, this time to wish our New Year's Birthday Boy another HAPPY BIRTHDAY. We love you Curt! And the best gift he got for his birthday was the news that we will be adding one more to our family this year - CONGRATULATIONS Brandon and Jamie - we can't wait!

Here's Annie -
